yes i take it every day.my sister and brother in law started me on it 8 months ago and it has done wonders for me.i am a double transplant patient and and amputee. it has totally stopped the phantom pains i have in my stump . i was on two pain killers and i now am on none. it has gotten mu blood pressure lower so i am off my blood pressure medicine. it has helped my swollen ankles and hands. i have so much energy that i do more than i have in 10 years.i tell every one i meet abut it and i think every one should try it and see what t can do for them. i also got off my anti depressants. e anti Me if you want to and i can tell you more about it.
